On the 24th of November 2015, The Chai Wan campus had a special day… Cop 21. Cop 21 is an organization where we all find a solution to help climate change.

A lot of people took part on this unique day (not including us FIS students).  We had three speeches  (one being from Mr. Soulard and the others being from different companies also to help) in the morning, a break then one more speech.

After we got to do many activities such as baking and paper-folding. Later we had one last speech to conclude the magnificent day.

On the 27th of November FIS had a talk about endangered wildlife species such as the white rhino from the elephant society.  Colin Dawson came to the Chai Wan campus and with him came John Lesolai, a Maasai warrior. Together they talked about endangered rhinos and elephants. Everyone enjoyed the talk especially when John Lesolai started giving out elephants to people who asked good questions.

On Friday 4th December, 6 children participated in a Football tournament hosted by German Swiss School. They played extremely well and were undefeated, drawing 2 and winning 2 games. Despite this they unfortunately didn't progress to the semi-finals. The all had a wonderful experience and demonstrated excellent sportsmanship throughout.  Thank you to Mr Phillips and Mrs Morgan for taking them.
