FIS’s newest health ambassador Nutrition Nation HK would like to invite you to understand more about nutrition and how it’s linked to your children’s behavior.  We will discuss following topics:  
•   ADHD and how nutrition can help  
•   Focus and development of your child (and how it’s linked to food) 
•   The “sugary truth” 
•   Health, intolerances and other modern food related diseases and how you can prevent them  
•   Examples for easy and healthy family meals
