From the 25th to the 26th of September, I participated in the Hong Kong FINA World Cup. I swam in two events- the 400m and 800m freestyle, and managed to pull into the final of the 400m where I came 8th. It was a great experience for me as this was the first time I was able to not only watch and appreciate the atmosphere of a world class competition first hand, but I was also able to swim alongside swimming legends that I thought I'd only be able to meet in my dreams!
